Fall isn’t just pumpkin spice lattes — and Starbucks is cashing in on the season.
The coffee chain revealed a line of Halloween-inspired drinkware just in time for spooky season, including new tumblers, cold cups, mugs and more.
The collection includes “hauntingly beautiful” designs, including a 24oz glow-in-the-dark Green Drip Cold Cup for $29.95.
Some other spooky standouts are a 14oz iridescent Calavera Skull Mug, which is exclusively at Starbucks stores within Target ($16.95), a 12oz Pink Pumpkin Mug ($14.95), a 12oz Green Pumpkin Tumbler ($19.95), a 16oz Brown Pumpkin Tumbler ($14.95) and a 6 pack of 16oz Halloween Reusable Hot Cups ($19.95).
The rest of the collection features Black Bling Cold Cups ($29.95 for 24oz, $25.95 for 16oz), a Black Bling Key Chain ($15.95), a 24oz Multicolor Cold Cup with seasonally vibrant colors ($29.95, exclusively at Starbucks within Target) and a 16oz Multicolor Drip Cold Cup ($16.95).
Starbucks’ ghostly cups will start hitting shelves this month and will be available at participating stores in the US for a limited time while supplies last.
The new drinkware is timely for customers who want to enjoy pumpkin spice and everything nice.
PSLs became available in stores for the fall a month ago, and Starbucks celebrated the iconic seasonal drink’s 20th anniversary this year by bringing back the fan-favorite classics: Pumpkin Spice Latte, Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato.
They also introduced two new seasonal beverages, adding an Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte and an Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso to the menu this fall.
The new line of reusable cups comes amid Starbucks’ major overhaul to their iconic cup as they move away from disposable and hope to completely get rid of them by 2030.
At some stores, there is already a pilot program in place, with the coffeehouse not serving drinks in disposable paper or plastic cups. Customers can either bring their own cups or will be given a reusable cup at the store that they can later drop in a specific bin.
While there have been just two dozen pilots over the past two years, Starbucks currently has an incentive in place: customers who bring a “clean, reusable cup” can receive a $.10 discount on their order, while Rewards members receive an additional 25 Stars.
